• Define and execute product strategy for a core area within the employer's portfolio
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences

• Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders throughout the organization

• Proven track record of shipping successful products at scale with measurable impact

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and navigate complex trade-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for presenting ideas to leadership
• Experience in the Word Press ecosystem, including hosting, sitebuilding, and plugins

• Familiarity with Open Source communities and development practices
• Understanding of web publishing, content management, or trends in the creator economy
• Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across organizational levels
