• Serve as a Technical Support Engineer, providing first-line support during technical issues
• Configure customer accounts and utilize monitoring tools to proactively detect issues
• Troubleshoot technical problems in collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams
• Document common issues and solutions to enhance internal knowledge bases
• Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent operational needs

• Flexibility to work shifts that align with the team’s operational needs
• At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in a support-focused position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A passion for solving problems and developing creative solutions
• Patience and professionalism when working under pressure with cross‑functional teams

• A BS in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent certification or work experience
• Understanding of process automation
• Experience with problem and incident management tools such as Jira, Pager Duty, and New Relic
• Familiarity with tools like GIT and Postman
• Business analysis experience
