• Utilize Agile or waterfall methodologies for planning, scheduling, and change management of projects
• Manage business analysts, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle
• Report and document risks, manage expectations, and oversee issue resolution
• Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, and performance reports

• Minimum of 12 years of experience managing large complex projects/programs in the Life and Annuities (L&A) vertical
• Minimum of 10 years of expertise in the L&A domain
• Bachelord
• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Proven experience in policy administration system implementation and integration

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and JIRA
• Ability to work effectively in a global delivery model (onshore/offshore)
• Strong customer support experience and consultative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
