About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Analytics Manager to lead data‑driven initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision‑making. This role will oversee analytics strategy, manage data projects, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with advanced analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts to deliver high‑quality insights and reporting.
- Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee data modeling, forecasting, performance metrics, and KPI development.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify analytics needs and opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practices.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience working with large datasets and complex analytical models.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $155,000 – $165,000 annually.
Annual performance bonus: Typically 10%–20% of base salary.
