Core Weave is a publicly traded AI infrastructure company delivering high‑performance cloud for AI. Founded in 2017, Core Weave is growing fast and seeks a proactive Inventory Control Specialist to manage on‑site assets in our Muskogee data center.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Inventory Control Specialist to be a critical contributor to the efficient operation of our data centers. You will be responsible for recording and tracking onsite assets, managing logistics, conducting audits, and ensuring that equipment and resources are effectively utilized within your region.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and IT assets in the data center region.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure safe storage.
• Conduct ongoing audits of the asset inventory to verify accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations to allocate resources efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits; provide regular reports.
• Use inventory management software and other tools to maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies; take proactive measures.
• Travel to support inventory management and audits at various locations as needed.

• Proven experience in inventory management or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• High degree of accuracy and detail orientation.
• Curious and proactive problem solver.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable moving and lifting heavy objects in a data center.
• Willingness to learn about latest cloud compute services.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship.

Base salary range from $65,000 to $85,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.

Hybrid environment with remote work for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office; new hires onboard in hubs within first month; quarterly team gatherings.
