Senior Project Manager; PPM Tool-Planview Implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Planview, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with executives, PMO, IT, and functional teams to align tool capabilities with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute adoption strategies, training plans, and communication to ensure smooth transition.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and potential “gotchas” to avoid common pitfalls in enterprise rollouts.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and workflows within Planview.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements for optimization.

• Proven track record of Planview implementation at an enterprise level.
• 8+ years in Project/Program Management, with at least 3 years in PPM tool deployment.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management processes, resource planning, and reporting.

• Expertise in Planview configuration and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with data migration, security, and compliance considerations.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus.

This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, OH.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 – $75.00/hr.
