• Provide entry‑level technical support for network communications (LAN/WAN)
• Manage incident ticket intake and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assist in the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of network equipment
• Support the team in managing Cisco‑specific devices, including routers and switches
• Participate in occasional travel to various locations across Colorado for work purposes

• Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience as a Network Administrator in a medium to large enterprise environment
• Experience utilizing Cisco‑specific devices (Switches/Routers)
• Ability to substitute additional education for required experience on a year‑for‑year basis
• Compliance with any screening procedures at state entity locations
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check

• Relevant years of State Service in a similar role
• Experience in information technology and network operations
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills
• Experience managing multiple ISPs, circuits, and scheduling cutovers
