This is a remote position. Candidates must live within approximately a 70‑mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX;
Birmingham, AL;
Cedar Falls, IA;
Charlotte, NC;
Lenexa, KS;
Louisville, KY;
Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

What you’ll be responsible for:- Implementation, design, and training of the Deposit Operations Software Application.
- Consulting with banking clients to design parameter sets, assist with data conversion validation, and train on Deposit Operations applications.
- Communicate with other application analysts and programmers to analyze and audit transactions flowing through core systems.
- Travel with a conversion team to customer sites for software setup, training, conversion, and implementations.
- Analyze customers’ existing products/processes and map the system to the Jack Henry product.
- Prepare customers for installation, guide them through the process, and provide post‑installation training or support.
- Oversee system setup for customers (parameter set‑up, job files, etc.) to ensure business processes run on the new software.
- Provide software support/guidance by answering questions on function, features, and usage of software products at the customer site or remotely.
- Communicate customers’ needs/expectations with programmers, team members, and leaders.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the entire project.
- Identify and maintain customer issues, ensuring proper resolution and forwarding to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 months working in a financial institution with deposit applications (teller, new accounts, back office, etc.).
- Ability to travel 50‑60% for software implementations; travel expenses are covered. Expect 1‑2 trips per month, each lasting 6‑9 days.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, when needed.
- Silverlake or 20/20 experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
