Job SummaryWe are hiring a remote Website Coordinator to manage and update the firm’s public website, posting, editing, formatting, and ensuring quality and consistency of content. The role involves data cleanup, reporting, cross‑team communication, supporting broader marketing projects, and handling sensitive information.
ShiftsMon‑Fri; 12pm‑9pm EST (qualifies for an additional $1.25/hour shift differential)
Mon‑Fri; 7am‑4pm EST

- Utilize web‑based content management systems to post, edit, and update content on the firm’s public‑facing website.
- Update, format, and publish web content including thought leadership publications, press releases, biographies, event and news items, blog posts, and other content as requested.
- Assist with website data cleanup to ensure quality search results.
- Perform data tracking and reporting tasks as assigned.
- Participate in all platform training sessions.
- Proof website posting requests for content, formatting, consistency, and tagging.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, internal team members, and external vendors.
- Assist with creation and/or modification of other marketing projects as needed.
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Adhere to firm and client policies.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent proof‑reading skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize work and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working within workflow management tools like Workfront to manage projects from start to finish.
- Ability to develop and foster successful working relationships with legal and business professionals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HTML and Photoshop editing knowledge.
- Working technical knowledge of content management platforms and email marketing platforms (Sitecore, Word Press, and Customer Insights Journeys).
Hourly range: $28‑$29 per hour, with additional shift differential and potential overtime, call‑in, or stand‑by pay. Total compensation may include benefits and other supplements.
