About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our products, driving design excellence, and delivering delightful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Define, own, and deliver end‑to‑end design for core decentralized services, DApps, and protocols.
  • Collaborate Across the Chain:

  • Advocate for Decentralized Design Systems:
Champion a design system that balances rapid Web3 innovation with robust security.
  • Prototype with Precision & Speed:
Rapidly design, prototype, and test features, reducing friction in Web3 flows (wallet connection, transaction signing, gas fees, seed phrase security).
  • Mentor and Grow the Guild:
Mentor Product Designers on decentralization challenges, leading design critiques focused on crypto UX best practices.
  • Create native experiences linking Crypto and FIAT currency withdrawals.
  • Distill complex cryptographic concepts into clear user narratives and interfaces.
  • Communicate design vision within transparent, often pseudonymous, community environments.
Requirements
  • Deep passion for decentralization and true digital ownership.
  • 7–9 years of Product Design experience, with at least 2 years leading as a Staff Product Designer (or equivalent).
  • Data‑informed design skills using qualitative data, protocol analytics, and on‑chain metrics.
  • Ability to work in high‑stakes ambiguity and evolve with daily changes in Web
    3.
  • Balance user ownership with protocol security and business needs.
  • Strong communicator and educator, translating complex blockchain mechanics to mainstream audiences.
  • Proven mentorship experience for designers.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with blockchain engineers and smart‑contract developers.
  • Solid knowledge of Crypto, DeFi, and digital asset management.
