• Provide technical support to customers regarding digital locking systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Conduct system analysis and assist in the integration of locking technology with existing IT and building management infrastructures
• Operate and support management software for digital locking systems, including updates and maintenance
• Advise and train users and administrators on technical possibilities related to digital locking technology
• Document technical issues and maintain support tickets, providing feedback to development teams on recurring problems

• Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable technical qualification
• Initial professional experience in technical support or customer service
• Proficient in common IT systems and documentation tools; MCSA certification is a plus
• Excellent German and English language skills for international communication
• Strong analytical skills and structured working style
