PMO Quality Startup Team

Position: PMO Support for Quality Startup Team (m/f/d)
Location: Germany

### Your Task This role is part of the new global Quality Startup Team in PU Digital Solutions, providing quality-related PMO support to multiple IT projects. You will be supporting large-scale projects based on PMI and T-Systems project management standards.#### Responsibilities
* Analyze project contracts and annexes in German or English to find relevant details
* Liaise with team to identify and define project and contractual requirements, scope, and objectives
* Support the creation of time plans/project plans and budget breakdowns
* Maintain contact with clients, forwarding and mediating demands, expectations, and problems
* Regularly monitor progress, analyze processes, and create status reports
* Manage and support the daily work of the project team (facilitate telephone conferences, international meetings, take meeting minutes, etc.)
* Communicate with stakeholders (e.g., Legal, SDM, Customer, internal Program Team)
* Handle project administration, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, templates, and reports
* Assess Lessons Learned reports after project setup### Your Profile We are looking for a
