The Automation and AI Analyst is a key contributor and innovator in IT Services’ efforts to enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance. They design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions and serve as a subject matter expert for automation and AI tools. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with objectives. The analyst creates and maintains technical documentation and monitors systems to ensure the reliability and security of automation solutions.
This position is Milwaukee-based hybrid, with potential to be fully remote.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesSkills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or comparable experience.
- A minimum of 4 years demonstrated experience using automation platforms or code, in the technical design, implementation, testing, and documentation of automation solutions, and in collaborating with cross-functional teams to map and automate business processes.
