The way customers discover and engage with brands has shifted dramatically. AI now answers questions before users reach your website, traditional organic traffic is declining, and the path from awareness to conversion is more fragmented than ever.
We’re looking for a strategic leader to navigate these changes and turn our websites into high-performing growth engines. As Director of Website Strategy, you’ll own the revenue and lead generation strategy across our digital properties, driving measurable business impact through website optimization, advertising opportunities, and conversion rate improvements. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in digital marketing, SEO, CRO, and data-driven insights with a relentless focus on outcomes—not just implementation.
You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure our websites deliver exceptional user experiences and journeys while fueling brand growth and revenue.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, website strategy, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or lead generation growth through digital channels.
- Strong business acumen with experience owning P&L or revenue targets
- Understanding of how AI is reshaping search and discovery—and what it means for business strategy (you don't need to implement, but you need to understand)
- Experience with CRO programs, A/B testing strategy, and conversion funnel optimization
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead management systems.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in real estate, financial services, or related industries involving B2B2C models with complex lead generation funnels.
- Background in managing agency relationships and holding external partners accountable
- Familiarity with marketing technology stack evaluation and vendor selection
This is a strategic leadership role, not a technical execution role. You'll work with talented specialists who handle implementation. You will not be expected to:
- Write code, implement schema markup, or configure technical SEO elements
- Build or train AI models, chatbots, or machine learning systems
- Manage day-to-day analytics reporting or dashboard creation
- Execute content creation, design, or UX implementation
