Senior Associate, Crypto Operations

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Staking function, ensuring operational excellence and timely execution of key tasks
• Develop into a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members
• Maintain oversight of reconciliations review processes and operational controls
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce risks
• Facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in crypto operations, brokerage operations, or fintech
• General interest or professional experience in crypto applications, such as Staking or Trading
• Proven experience with SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in collaborative environments

• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve problems independently
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
• A natural curiosity to pursue the root cause of problems and expand knowledge
