- Perform client proof-of-concept studies and generate recurring client deliverables
- Collaborate with business development consultants to complete analyses related to client inquiries and ad-hoc needs
- Engage in peer review processes to ensure quality and consistency of work
- Conduct research projects from start to finish, possibly leading to system and process changes
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts and provide user acceptance testing support
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, product research, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Data Analytics, or related field)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for data storage and analytics
- 6+ months of experience with Databricks or other relevant analytics software
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Previous experience in solution architecture or technical design discussions
