We are seeking an experienced Developer Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS) and a strong foundation in JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support scalable solutions across core business areas including Sales, Payroll, Accounting, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development using Oracle VBCS, JD Edwards Enterprise One toolsets, REST APIs, JSON, and Orchestrator
- Design and implement custom extensions and applications within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build, enhance, and support custom reports, applications, tables, and business functions
- Develop and maintain integrations between JD Edwards and third-party systems
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards and process improvements
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of JD Edwards Enterprise One development experience
- 2–4 full-cycle JD Edwards implementations utilizing Orchestrator and Groovy
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Oracle VBCS and JD Edwards AIS integration
- Strong proficiency in Java, C, and relational database design
- Deep knowledge of JD Edwards APIs, UBEs, BSSVs, NERs, and BI Publisher
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives
- Functional knowledge of JD Edwards modules including Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Order Management
- Experience working in complex, multi‑department enterprise environments
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to balance hands‑on development with solution design
- Self‑directed, adaptable, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement
