Associate Engineer

Overview

The Associate Engineer of Technology Enterprise Services will support and assist the Senior Manager in keeping technical systems and operations running efficiently. The Associate Engineer’s support directly impacts productivity, collaboration, and the overall employee experience across the company.

• Provide hands‑on and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and iOS/Android platforms.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain hardware and software for new hires, role changes, and equipment refresh cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with corporate applications, VPN connectivity, printers, and conferencing tools (e.g., Teams).
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and ensure devices meet security compliance standards.
• Document solutions, create user guides, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, office moves, and technology rollouts.
• Support remote offices as needed.
