Paid Ads Marketing & SEO Project Managerto lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment with SEO best practices. The client is a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven strategies, known for delivering measurable growth and innovative solutions across industries. They have successfully scaled client campaigns, achieving impressive ROAS and organic search visibility in recent years.

Job Description Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Tik Tok.
  • Ensure campaigns align with

    SEO best practices, including keyword targeting, landing page optimization, and search intent.
  • Analyze ad performance in relation to organic search trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI while maintaining synergy between paid and organic efforts.
  • Implement Call Railor  similar tools for lead tracking, attribution, and data reporting.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to refine funnel effectiveness and improve lead quality.
  • Oversee landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for conversions and SEO.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads updates, SEO algorithm changes, and emerging ad platform trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok).
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and their application in paid media.
  • Experience integrating SEO strategy into paid advertising funnels.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Call Rail, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and project management tools (Click Up, Asana, ).
  • Skilled in A/B testing, keyword research, and performance reporting.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills for client interactions.
  • Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time).
  • 100% remote with flexible working hours.
