Lodgify is entering a new phase of search. With LLMs, AI Overviews, conversational search, and AI‑driven discovery reshaping how users find information, traditional organic visibility is changing fast. As clicks decline and generative answers become the norm, brands need new ways to stay visible, trusted, and referenced.

We’re hiring an AI SEO Specialist to help Lodgify stand out in this new environment. The role combines SEO, growth, and experimentation to increase our presence across AI‑powered search platforms, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others. You’ll define strategy, build scalable processes, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and position Lodgify as a leading, frequently cited brand in the vacation rental space.

• Develop and execute Lodgify’s GEO (AI Search Optimization) strategy to improve our visibility, mentions, and citations across LLMs, AI Overviews, and other generative search channels.
• Monitor AI search trends and competitive visibility to identify opportunities for Lodgify to gain share of voice.
• Build systems, workflows, and dashboards to track performance, brand mentions, and competitive benchmarks across generative engines.
• Set objectives, define KPIs, and report on AI Search Optimization performance regularly.
• Collaborate closely with Content, Growth, and Brand teams to turn GEO insights into actionable initiatives.
• Lead GEO‑focused projects involving developers, agencies, or AI partners, such as the creation of AI‑driven lead‑generation tools or experimental features.
• Explore and test new ways of gaining traffic, contacts, and leads from LLMs, conversational search, and AI Overview placements.
• Run experiments to understand what drives visibility and conversions in generative ecosystems, and iterate quickly based on findings.

• 5–7 years of experience in the SEO field
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools, monitoring platforms, or workflows related to generative search.
• Knowledge on how LLMs and AI Overviews reshape search and content discovery.
• Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring visibility, tracking performance, and benchmarking against competitors.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and communicate clearly with content, growth, and technical stakeholders.
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to innovate and explore new opportunities in fast‑changing environments.

• Understanding of structured data, APIs, or technical SEO.
• Experience developing or implementing AI‑driven tools or lead‑generation features.
