Description
We are seeking a highly skilled mid‑senior level BCP/DR administrator to lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Fusion Framework System (FFS) – a critical enterprise platform supporting Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, and Resiliency programs. This role is responsible for ensuring the tool’s stability, alignment with organizational requirements, and ongoing enhancement to meet regulatory and business needs.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on technical expertise in Fusion Framework, a strong background in governance, risk, compliance programs, and the ability to partner with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption, data quality, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities- Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator of the Fusion Framework Tool.
- Maintain the Fusion system.
- Administer user management roles – create/add/inactivate users.
- Maintain security for Fusion.
- Troubleshoot issues and, if needed, escalated to Fusion for assistance.
- Develop enhancements based on requirements.
- Activate events/exercises when needed.
- Maintain the Full Sandbox environment.
- Responsible for all technical/developmental/security aspects of Fusion Framework.
- System Optimization
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance the user experience.
- Utilize data imports as required.
- Oversee integration of Fusion with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Service Now, CMDB, HR systems like Workday, etc.).
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply solutions in coordination with Fusion support team.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with BCDR team, risk, vendor management team, and Fusion Support team as required.
- Provide training, user and technical documentation and ongoing support to end users and program owners.
- Act as the liaison with Fusion vendor support and internal technical teams for escalated issue and tool roadmap planning.
- Continuous Improvement
- Track and implement new Fusion product releases, features and capabilities.
- Champion best practices in data governance, resiliency metrics and reporting automation.
- Lead special projects to expand Fusion usage (e.g., Crisis Management, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Resilience modules, etc.).
- Other duties as required to support Fusion Framework for the Business Resilience program.

AdditionalSkills & Qualifications Technical Skills
- Proven experience administering the Fusion Framework (Fusion Risk Management) platform.
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, connectors, middleware, data feeds).
- Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, workflows, and automations.
- Knowledge of data governance, relational databases, and data quality practices.
- Familiarity with incident/crisis management, BCDR planning, RTO/RPO tracking, risk registers, and vendor risk workflows.
- 5+ years of experience in BCDR, GRC, Risk/Compliance, or enterprise platform administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support business users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with regulatory/compliance frameworks (ISO 22301, DORA, NIST CSF, FFIEC, etc.) preferred.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 – $37.00/hr.
