Overview
Pro Sidian Seeks a Cybersecurity Assessment and Oversight Specialist for Program Support on a contract basis for Hanford Field Office, Richland, WA, with potential conversion to full-time. This role supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
Responsibilities and Duties- Perform cybersecurity assessments, manage RMF controls, POA&Ms, and brief leadership.
- Provide services and support for Program Office #03 Assistant Manager for Mission Support (AMMS) under Job Task #03.01, including sitewide mission support activities, programmatic technical support, project controls, cybersecurity analyst support, IT equipment administration, and security support.
- Evaluate contractors cybersecurity practices, manage oversight for compliance, coordinate federal incident responses, and provide documentation and presentations to enhance cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Maintain and report on DOE Hanford continuous monitoring dashboards; support documentation and training initiatives; coordinate communication across stakeholders.
- 6–10+ years of cybersecurity experience; DOE/federal experience preferred.
- Education:
BS in IT/Cyber; CISSP/CISM preferred. - Skills include NIST RMF, POA&Ms, vulnerability remediation; program/project management support; security operations.
- Security clearance as required; facility clearance for Pro Sidian team members; DOE clearance as indicated for work performed.
- Place of performance primarily on-site at Hanford Site, Richland, WA; some remote work as approved.
- Travel as coordinated with technical POC and approved in writing.
- HSPD-12 credentialing required.
- Role may include broad support responsibilities with staffing levels subject to change ±15%.
- GSS focus for Hanford Field Office; environment includes mission-critical compliance and security requirements.
