AboutThe Role
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Workday customers and prospects, crafting the overall solution strategy to achieve their business objectives. With deep healthcare expertise, you will establish yourself as a leader with a valued point of view.
Responsibilities- Leading strategic, complex, platform opportunities and architecting technology solution strategies that achieve customer objectives.
- Identifying and analyzing key systems, dependencies, and integration points within the overall solution landscape, developing solution maps.
- Providing expert guidance to sales and deal teams on differentiating with Workday technology.
- Collaborating across functional groups (Value Management, Services, Customer Success Management) to create customer experiences that build long‑term, sustainable relationships.
- This role is primarily remote and typically travels as necessary, up to 40‑50%.

Basic Qualifications- 3+ years Enterprise Software Consulting experience or hands‑on experience with a healthcare practitioner/payor supporting enterprise software applications ( +5 for Senior).
- 1+ years delivering compelling presentations both in person and virtual meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts and critical initiatives.
- 1+ years developing and implementing technology roadmaps, architectural designs, and frameworks to support business objectives and scalability.
- 1+ years applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards, ensuring compliance and industry standards.
- Proven success in leading large‑scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Consulting expertise including current state analysis and recommendations, including use of architecture diagrams, technology roadmaps, and business cases.
- Bringing a point of view and influencing decision making.

Workday Pay Transparency StatementPrimary Location Base Pay Range: $115,500 USD – $173,300 USD. Additional US Locations: same range.
Additional ConsiderationsWhen performed in Colorado, the pay range is $115,500 USD – $173,300 USD based on the min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, teams combine in‑person and remote. Role requires at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or field. Remote "home office" roles can join in‑person events as needed.
