• Provide guidance and assistance to ensure effective deployment and customization of the Xpanse platform throughout the customer lifecycle
• Create and execute technical implementation plans, including onboarding and training sessions
• Stay informed about Xpanse features and coach customers on integrating the tool into their workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and product utilization
• Advocate for customers by managing and escalating technical issues for resolution

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, solutions architecture, or related fields
• Understanding of attack surface management and related concepts, including IP, DNS, and network protocols
• Experience with Python, REST APIs, and networking
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Familiarity with SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR
• Current or former Department of Defense or other U.S. Government security clearance
