Network Technician – Hybrid (4 days in office / 1 day remote) in our Southwest Regional Office, Richardson, TX.

• Provide desktop, application, hardware/software, and network support via the service desk.
• Deliver phone support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues to a large population of local and remote users.
• Install hardware/software, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues at the desktop, and provide training to end users when necessary.
• Perform employee moves, telecommuter home office setups, maintain and update documentation, inventory and asset management.
• Oversee outside technician repairs.

The salary range for this position is $20.69 - $31.87 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in network configuration, troubleshooting techniques, Microsoft applications, imaging software, and equipment repair techniques; additional three to four years of experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to regional and field employee offices.
• Ability to be on-call during evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Willingness to alter work hours (for system maintenance / upgrades).
• Ability to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodation.

• MCDST or A+ Certification.
• ITIL Certification recommended.
