Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cutover strategy and detailed plans for Go‑Live.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end cutover activities across technical and business teams.
- Lead Q cutover, mock cutover, and production cutover cycles.
- Capture lessons learned and apply improvements to subsequent cycles.
- Define and manage comprehensive strategy (Unit, SIT, UAT, Performance, Regression).
- Oversee defect management and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders.
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with the client project management methodology.
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience.
- 8+ years of SAP implementation experience in cutover and testing roles.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
HANA projects. - Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with test management tools (HP ALM, qTest, Jira).
- CPG industry knowledge.
