Application Support Technician
Description
TEKsystems is seeking an Application Support Technician for one of our clients. You will be taking phone calls and supporting different applications as well as general technical support. They utilize Service Now ticketing system and take incoming calls for password resets in Active Directory and some proprietary software for biller and family management in the centers. Provide support collaboratively with the procurement team for food and equipment (this part is a little out of the technical component and more customer service) but you will be doing general technical support in a Microsoft environment and you must have some Active Directory experience to qualify for this role.
You will be taking 30 to 40 calls a day and doing general technical support for internal users.
This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
