• Develop a comprehensive strategy for generative AI across education products and services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance learning outcomes, personalize experiences, and optimize content using AI technologies.
• Partner with product teams to build and align an AI innovation roadmap for Higher Ed, School, and Work businesses.
• Conduct financial analysis to assess cost‑benefit and ROI of implementing generative AI and advise resource allocation.
• Collaborate with corporate development on investment and acquisition opportunities that create strategic advantage.
• Lead internal and external teams to design, deploy, and govern responsible AI solutions, establishing ethical guidelines for privacy, bias, and fairness.
• Define key performance indicators and continuously monitor AI models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

• 12+ years of leadership experience in product management and technology.
• 15+ years general experience in Technology/Product Management.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and trends, focused on education technology (e.g., LMS, instructional design).
• Strong leadership and management skills with a record of delivering successful products to market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to analyze data and develop insights and recommendations.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Base pay range: $ – $ USD.
