• Base salary compensation up to $153,600, with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary

• Lead the development of simulation and virtual commissioning models
• Manage development backlog for client engagements and assign tasks to junior engineers
• Develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance
• Provide client support, including troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements
• Maintain awareness of technology and industry trends relevant to simulation and emulation

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to travel 25% of the time

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in relevant industries
• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or similar programming languages
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project delivery
• Experience with industrial standard simulation and emulation software such as Emulate3D or Sim3D/Demo3D
• Experience in evaluating client infrastructure for simulation and emulation integration
