We’re looking for a hands‑on Head of Growth who can ideate, copy, design the strategy and launch experiments directly. You speak both data and persuasion fluently and leverage AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed. French and English fluency is required.
This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon.

- Lead from the front: test hypotheses, launch new channels, and demonstrate execution to the team.
- Own growth experimentation, funnel design, and optimization across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
- Build, manage, and scale the Growth team while sourcing talent, training them, and ensuring high‑intensity performance.
- Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit.
- Identify segments that respond to offers, refine or stop offers based on evidence.
- Architect funnels and campaigns, from mapping to implementation, ensuring tracking, data integrity, and effective scaling.
- Conduct relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing) and design experiments across funnels, pricing, and messaging.
- Explore and scale acquisition channels, oversee paid social, and collaborate with the Content Factory for winning angles.
- Design and optimize growth loops (product → content → product), diagnosing constraints and improving retention.
- Align with Sales to convert leads into appointments and deals, prioritizing high‑intent leads over volume.
- Tools: GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and others.
- KPI focus: LTV / CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates, X experiments launched per week.
- Conversion rates 2Ă— better than baseline.
- Continuous growth experimentation.
- A predictable growth engine.
- Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing (ideally SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product).
- Track record of scaling A/B and multivariate tests that deliver measurable revenue or activation improvements.
- Growth diagnosis, system thinking, persuasion, behavioral insight, analytical, curiosity, hands‑on execution, precision, and agility.
- French:
Native / Bilingual. - English:
Fluent; written communication in English.
- Work with filmmakers, psychologists, engineers, and creatives obsessed with impact.
- Play a crucial role in the development of an iconic product.
