• Develop and build awareness of key customer needs through collaboration with the product team
• Participate in customer discovery activities and provide input for product solutions
• Write clear and concise product requirements that meet established guidelines
• Assist in go-to-market launch plans and educate sales and marketing on product issues
• Analyze data to support decisions and understand key metrics for product features

• Minimum of 0-2 years of product management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Kanban
• Critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve core issues
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this specific role

• Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records
• Familiarity with Law Enforcement products like Accurint Virtual Crime Center and Accurint TraX
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential
