Job Description

Provides quality support to users by responding to end user inquiries and resolving problems associated with telecommunications networks, computer hardware and core business applications. Isolates problem source and works with the internal telecommunications, system operations, application development and vendors to resolve problems. Follows up with users to ensure problem resolution. Develops and maintains documentation of all activities. This position provides technical, transactional, phone, email and chat support to hospitals, doctor offices and pharmacies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in the telecommunications or applications programming field or job-related experience

  • 4 Weeks of Training:
    Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM MST
  • Set

    Schedule:

    Monday – Friday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM MST
  • Set Starting Pay: $22/hour
  • You must live within the following cities:
    Dallas, TX;
    Phoenix/Tempe, AZ;
    Fargo, ND;
    Portland, OR.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment, systems and vendor capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Elavon experience preferred
