About the role
As a Technical Lead
, you will make an impact by driving technical excellence and innovation across complex projects. You will be a valued member of our Technology and Engineering team, collaborating with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project execution.

In this role, you will:- Serve as the primary Cognizant Delivery point of contact for the assigned portfolio.
- Participate in release planning and provide technical inputs to ensure smooth delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end services for the application cluster or portfolio under management.
- Coordinate daily with onsite and offshore teams to maintain alignment and progress.
- Develop proof of concepts, set up development environments, and break down modules considering technical aspects.
- Review and guide code development, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Contribute to framework development and implement core or critical modules.
- Support service management processes with relevant delivery data.

What you need to have to be considered:- 7–11 years of experience as a Technical Lead in software development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, REST Web Services, Core Java, and PL/SQL
. - Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience in coordinating across distributed teams and managing complex interdependencies.
- Hands-on experience in developing frameworks and reusable components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in challenging environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and release planning processes.

Salary and Other CompensationApplications will be accepted until December 12th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000.00 – 93,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
