Our work depends on an OEM Lead joining our team to support the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) program in Falls Church, VA.
This is an IT Service Management contract in support of GENM‑O’s mission to enable information dominance from the tactical edge to the home station for the Army, DoD, National Command Authority, and international partners by acquiring, implementing, and sustaining strategic satellite and terrestrial communication systems, and by leveraging technologies to meet current and future requirements. AGUN is to design, procure, maintain, deploy, and transition a Global SDN solution in accordance with applicable Army policies and regulations.
The AGUN‑INC1 TO will provide a unified approach to ensure standardized deployments and configurations at multiple locations throughout the globe.
To be successful in this position you need to be collaborative and willing to work within a team. While you will need to be a self‑starter completing tasks on your own, working together is critical in this role. You will be interfacing with the client and senior staff. Therefore, you should be articulate in your communications because your opinion matters. You will need to explain technical intricacies in a way that is easily understood.
OEMLead Responsibilities
Maintains OEM’s (GFE / GFP) serial numbers, identifies each part number placed on contract, tracks specific configurations and items with a government acquisition value greater than $5,000, or as directed by the Government. Constructs a Unique Item Identifier (UII) IAW Military Standard (MIL‑STD)-129R Change 2, MIL‑STD‑130N, Item Unique Identification (IUID). Ensures appropriate labels for shipping, and upload into data facilitate lifecycle support operations WMS Blue, Service Now and receiving Report IAW Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.211‑7003 and store this information.
Brings OEMs, VARs, and 3PL providers to support TO response development, ensuring price competitiveness. Supports maintenance agreements, warranties analytics to support warranty and repairs to routinely, reduces lifecycle EOL / EOSL. Ensures end‑to‑end quality of the Supply Chain Management lifecycle. Maintains warranty and repair processes with the understanding that we represent commitment to Warfighters and customer user communities. Implements three channels to initiate the warranty claims process: walk‑in, Service Desk 24x7x365, and OEM web access, providing simple and quick entry into warranty and repair system.
Develops warranty claim processing provides timely and continuous feedback to the user, repairs and returns instructions, ensures request to the assigned repair facility, and provides the user real‑time warranty and maintenance repair status via displays and dashboards.

The likely salary range for this position is $59,670 - $80,730. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
