• Manage the daily operation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflows, process builders, and dashboards
• Provide user support by fielding requests, identifying pain points, and devising practical solutions
• Build, test, debug, and document Salesforce components that meet business needs
• Collaborate with IT and Info Sec to ensure platform performance, security, and availability
• Oversee data quality and mentor junior administrators to maintain high standards for the Salesforce platform

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience with Sales Cloud
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of database data management experience with a strong understanding of data quality
• Subject matter expertise in at least one Salesforce facet (e.g., Lightning, CPQ, Revenue Cloud)
• Advanced technical configuration skills across Salesforce workflows and reports

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM 301) credential
• Experience with Copado or other SDLC tools for managing deployments and version control
• Background with CPQ to Revenue Cloud migrations
• Hands‑on experience configuring Revenue Cloud features
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201/211) foundation
