A passionate Middle Dev Ops Engineer to join our growing Dev Ops team. You’ll help design, build and maintain scalable, secure and efficient infrastructure that supports our products across the globe. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys automation, reliability and continuous improvement in modern cloud environments.

• Manage and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Terragrunt)
• Operate and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters for production and non‑production environments
• Implement and maintain Git Ops workflows using Git Lab CI / CD and FluxCD / ArgoCD
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve delivery pipelines and developer experience
• Ensure security and compliance through IAM policy management, backup processes and ISO
  27001 support
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and contribute to platform reliability and scalability

• A proactive and detail‑oriented engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced remote‑first environment
• A team player who enjoys solving complex problems and improving processes through automation
• Someone who takes ownership and is eager to continuously learn and grow

• 3 years of experience as a Dev Ops SRE or Cloud Engineer
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services and Kubernetes operations
• Practical knowledge of Terraform / Terragrunt or similar IaC frameworks
• Experience with Git Lab CI / CD and Git Ops tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD)
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Open Search)
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving mindset

• Experience managing multi‑account AWS Organizations
• Prior exposure to iGaming or other high‑load high‑availability systems
• Knowledge of modern Git Ops patterns and best practices
