- Support engagement efforts related to process definition and improvement during workshops with customers
- Lead customer design workshops across multiple Service Now platform products
- Guide customers in completing necessary documentation and user stories for technical solutions
- Develop required integration components and ensure quality of configured solutions What is Required (Qualifications)
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in US federal agencies with Service Now Government Community Cloud (GCC)
- At least 5 years of hands‑on configuration/development experience with complex technologies
- Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Service Now certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision‑making
- Service Now security experience including Vault, Edge Encryption, and Data Privacy
- Experience with data management, database design, and database concepts
- Proven ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer‑centric attitude
