Job Responsibilities- Become a product expert and trusted advisor
- Build and deliver quality custom demos that WOW the audience
- Overcome technical objections and win the technical sale
- Answer RFPs and security questionnaires
- Build and maintain technical sales tools
- Provide insight and consultation into how organizations succeed at engagement, collaboration, and communication
- Drive new revenue, help upsell and cross‑sell
- 5+ years of experience in pre‑sales:
Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, etc. - Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience speaking to C‑level, IT, and security
- A learning mentality and willingness to take on challenges
- Consistent over‑achievement in past sales experience
- AI/LLM/Agentic technical skills
- Sales experience with tools for corporate communications and HR
- Experience with MS CoPilot, Okta, AWS, Glean, Gemini
Starting base pay for this role is between $125k – $140k. The actual base pay depends on factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.

- Hub – 100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires full‑time presence on site.
- Hybrid – Work from home and office. Role dictates ability to work from home, plus benefit from in‑person collaboration on a regular basis.
- Remote – 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
