PTC - UBOS - SAP BRIM SOM/CI Functional Consultant/SME

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM functional consultant to architect, design, configure, and test solutions for subscription order management, convergent invoicing, and revenue management.

Location: Middletown, PA Remote (hybrid; candidates within 1.5 hours of Middletown preferred)
Duration: 06 Months (hybrid/remote)

• Architect, design, implement, and test changes to SAP BRIM and related technologies, including SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and capture user stories.
• Provide advisory and implementation services for high-volume, consumption-based billing models.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BRIM with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP ERP, and payment gateways.
• Participate in data modeling and integrations to minimize data replication and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure systems are designed for PCI, and SOC1/SOC2 compliance.
• Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules to meet billing, revenue management, and subscription requirements.
• Collaborate with data teams on accurate target mappings and data migration with minimal downtime.
• Document process designs, functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
• Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot defects, and mentor junior staff.

• 7+ years of SAP BRIM configuration experience (SOM, CI); 3+ years in SAP S/4
  
  HANA hosted in commercial cloud.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA BRIM implementations.
• Experience working with non-SAP CRM systems processing real-time payments.
• Expertise in PCI DSS compliance, tokenization, and secure payment flows.
• Familiarity with mediation systems for usage capture and rating integrations.

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA BRIM certifications (BR235/240/245/416).
• Experience in utility or transportation industry with usage-based subscription renewal.
• Hybrid Agile implementation methodology experience.
• Experience with Microsoft ADO or JIRA.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP event-driven architecture and API management.
• Service Now post go-live support experience.

Candidate location should be within the continental United States. Remote work until onsite visits are required at Commission facilities in Middletown, PA (once per month for one week). Onsite orientation and equipment pickup will be onsite; travel costs will not be reimbursed.
