- Serve as the technical bridge between sales account executives and prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Manage and deliver technical information to customers through various channels, including onsite and virtual meetings
- Conduct customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining and measuring success criteria and timelines
- Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and internal teams
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software selling
- Proven skills in communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing
- Strong expertise in discovery, objection handling, and risk identification
- Experience with web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
- Vertical industry expertise in sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare
- Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions
- Knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence
- Familiarity with developing or selling Artificial Intelligence solutions
