As a member of our Delivery team, you will design and implement best‑in‑class Rev Ops solutions that drive frictionless, human buying experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Rev Ops consultants, program managers, developers, and analysts to scope, discover, and solution architecture for client projects.

• Lead solution and architecture decisions, focusing on scalability, trade‑offs, best practices, and emerging technology trends.

• Define architecture principles and standards, and communicate design decisions to internal and client stakeholders.

• Deliver estimates and ensure solution work is properly scoped and delivered on time.

• Provide coaching and mentoring on solutions to elevate the team’s overall capabilities.

• Track and share industry trends and technology releases to keep Go Nimbly at the cutting edge of Rev Ops.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to uncover business requirements and design scalable technical solutions.

• Specialist in technical architecture, solution architecture, and CPQ.

• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including declarative automation and code.

• Strong experience with lean and agile development methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, able to influence both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Bonus:
Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or on the path to achieving one.

Location & Compensation

Remote:
Accepted locations are U.S. states (Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas) and countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay). Candidates must be based in one of the specified locations at time of hire.

Base salary: $140,000 - $160,000 USD (adjusted for geography). Eligible for performance bonus and incentive plan.
