Senior Associate, Marketing Data Scientist; HH

• Lead analytics that support Home Health marketing and operational initiatives
• Analyze member engagement, campaign performance, and operational metrics for Home Health services
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and strategy teams to align analytics with business goals
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and opportunities, ensuring data quality and documentation
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and develop processes for monitoring model performance

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, Pharmacy, Business, healthcare, or related quantitative field OR 3–5 years of data analytics or data science experience
• 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling
• 3+ years of strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• 3+ years of experience with setting up causal inference experiments
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and segmentation techniques

• Experience in home health or post-acute care analytics
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy standards
• Master’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks and Adobe Analytics
• Marketing experience is a plus
