The IT Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between the Firm's business needs and technical capabilities. This individual is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business and system processes and requirements to streamline operations and improve efficiency. By developing strong relationships across the organization, the BA ensures that technology solutions align with the Firm's strategic goals, providing insights and driving innovation.

This role requires a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to transform them into actionable technology solutions.
