Overview
Project Manager - Global Business Architecture (contract) s is a contract role providing services to Hilton through Talent Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Talent Solutions and will not be an employee of Hilton. Contract workers are not employees of Hilton or any of its subsidiaries, nor will they be eligible for Hilton benefits.
This is a remote position with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones due to the global nature of the role.
Job SummaryOpportunity to contribute to hospitality technology on a global scale. Works with Global Business Architecture Consulting team and manages complex, multi-national initiatives that impact property operations across international markets. Serves as central coordination point for technology deployments, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and maintaining momentum of implementation activities. Requires a detail-oriented professional who possesses the ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain focus on strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly cadences
- Track and follow up on open items, overdue tasks, and configuration changes across country project plans
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness and timely delivery of project milestones
- Monitor software release schedules, project calls, and meeting outputs while documenting actions and assigning owners
- Ensure alignment of communications and project documentation across all project work streams
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to support major technology initiatives
- Drive on-time completion of activities by working closely with key stakeholders
- Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables
- Share key project information across teams and create progress reports for leadership review
- Strong time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Problem-solving capabilities with flexibility and creativity in addressing complex challenges
- Proven ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously in rapidly changing environments
- Self-motivated with initiative in implementing goals and utilizing analytical skills
- Adaptability to change and ability to pivot quickly when circumstances require
- Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing
- Experience working with both functional and technical decision-makers within enterprise-level companies
- Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours given the global nature of projects
- Five years of Information Technology related experience, specifically in program or project management
- Three years of professional work experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology
- Three years of experience with multi-national companies
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- PMI Project Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Project Management Practitioner, or similar credentials preferred
- Ability to travel (domestically) up to 10 percent of the time
Min Pay Rate: 45 USD hourly
Max Pay Rate: 58 USD hourly
