• Conduct regular access reviews on critical systems to ensure appropriate access
• Ensure overall compliance with regulatory requirements, including PCI, SOX, and HIPAA
• Identify risks and vulnerabilities, maintaining and updating the control framework
• Assist in the development and execution of the Identity and Access Governance function
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance projects

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in security governance, risk, and compliance, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of operating systems, applications, and networking
• In-depth knowledge of internal control concepts and compliance regulations
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Experience with COSO and COBIT frameworks
• Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment and produce results through collaboration
