Technical Architect

We are seeking a Technical Architect to manage major projects involving providing professional support services, integration, implementation, and transition of large, complex systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop e-government solutions, ensuring proper technical design and architecture implementation.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure and backend applications.
• Define the role of broadband and wireless applications.
• Create current state architecture blueprints.
• Work with web servers, gateways, application servers, and content management systems.
• Utilize web application technologies and middleware solutions.
• Research new technologies for business process integration.
• Compare solutions to determine the most suitable options.
• Plan development efforts aligned with standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT application systems planning, design, and implementation.
• At least 6 years managing medium to large-scale sites and multiple Internet projects.
• Experience as a lead or chief architect in major IT application projects.
• Strong background in software engineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Ability to organize information and present findings effectively.
• Decisiveness and ability to explain technical choices.
• Multitasking and task management skills.
• Ability to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare and public sector environments.
