Position: Product Manager / Scrum Master

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as Scrum Master using Agile practices to support a cross‑functional team
  • Facilitate team progress against Program Increment commitments
  • Analyze upcoming roadmap items to support product definition and UI/UX requirements
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 4+ years in Product Owner and/or Scrum Master roles
  • Strong understanding of product definition in a cross‑functional team
  • Experience guiding development teams using Agile principles
  • Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Version One, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Salesforce-based solutions
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills focused on team development
  • Experience working with military communities or in a contact center environment
