• Provide high-quality software implementation expertise to customers, ensuring technical capabilities align with requirements
• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers throughout the implementation process
• Create and document technical design documents based on functional requirements
• Write and code individual programs from specific design requirements and technical specifications
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot environments and optimize code performance

• Relevant post‑secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP software implementations
• Experience in implementing system design and process improvements
• Proven track record in requirements gathering and business analysis
• Basic understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing business processes

• BS in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience in a Software Development Role
• 5+ years of experience delivering customizations for ERP platforms, emphasizing Finance and Operations
• 3+ years of experience designing and architecting ERP customizations
• Experience with SQL performance tuning
