IT Project Manager, IT Consultant
Job Overview
You will lead the complex IT integration of an acquisition, ensuring the successful migration of critical business systems and infrastructure to client standards. Your role is crucial for enabling synergies, operational efficiencies, and required technical compliance across the expanded Brazilian Home Healthcare footprint.
Key responsibilities- Infrastructure & Compliance:
Oversee procurement and installation of new hardware (laptops, phones, network equipment) to ensure full Group IT Organization compliance. - Network Upgrade:
Orchestrate the upgrade of network infrastructure, including coordinated deployment of SD‑WAN devices and Cisco Access Points across all acquired sites. - Tool Transition:
Manage the transition of key business tools and licenses, such as Salesforce and CTI, from the acquired company’s existing platforms to corporate solutions. - Standards Migration:
Lead the migration of the entire acquired company’s IT infrastructure to client Group standards, focusing specifically on branches intended to be maintained. - Financial Controls:
Collaborate with the financial team to validate the correct implementation of financial controls within the new ERP system. - Deployment Management:
Manage the execution scope and deployment activities, engaging both internal GIO teams and external service providers, including the TOTVS team and Code Box team.
- Education:
University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Management. - Experience:
Proven experience leading complex, large‑scale Information Technology merger and acquisition integration projects. Demonstrated experience managing significant capital‑expenditure (Cap Ex) investments, particularly overseeing major hardware rollout projects. Prior experience operating effectively within complex matrix organizations. - Competencies:
Strong technical background encompassing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, cloud environments, and wide area network (SD‑WAN) architecture. - Mandatory:
Fluency in English and Portuguese and reporting to a structure in Paris. - Change Management:
Expertise in change management and strong stakeholder management capabilities to balance technical requirements and business needs.
Remote from Brazil or Canada.
