French Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a French Speaking Health Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and providing them with top-notch support regarding our Health Tech products.

• Respond to customer queries from French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to our Health Tech products.
• Guide customers through product features and functionalities to optimize their experience.
• Document all interactions accurately for continuity and improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance support processes and client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry innovations.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
• Genuine interest in Health Tech and willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
